Speaker's Bio

Harris Christopoulos is a certified Agile and Professional Coach (ICF-ACC) with over a
decade of experience working with agile teams and organizations around Europe and
Greece in the areas of Business and Technology.
Throughout his career he has supported individuals and teams to adopt new ways of
working and create sustainable change. He has delivered workshops, trainings and
coaching services to development and leadership teams in Technology, Marketing,
Banking, FMCG, Hospitality and Retail domains.
His current focus as a Change Agent is to support organizations in their agile
transformation journey while building and maintaining team environments of trust and
playfulness. As a Professional Coach, he supports individuals in their personal
improvement journey.
He is the co-founder of Agile Coaching Practice Greece, and an active member of the
international Agile & Coaching community with participation in conferences, retreats and
meetups as an organizer and a speaker.
