Nikos Tsekos is an undergraduate student of Computer Engineering and a Software Engineer specializing in the development of machine learning applications.
He is currently working with the GFOSS (Open Technologies Alliance) as part of the GlossAPI team, where he contributes to large-scale data pipelines, applied ML workflows, and open-source tools designed to make scientific knowledge more accessible.
His professional focus lies in building robust software systems that leverage machine learning to solve practical problems, ranging from text processing and document analysis to dataset preparation for AI research. Nikos has hands-on experience in designing scalable architectures both on CPU- and GPU-based infrastructures, optimizing performance for high-volume data processing.
