Alexandros Charos is the Group Head of PAM Engineering at Fortuna Entertainment Group, based in Madrid. He has a solid track record of building and scaling mission-critical platforms, leading high-performing teams, and turning complex ideas into systems that (mostly) behave as expected in production.
With a background that blends hands-on coding and leadership, he still enjoys diving into code; partly out of passion, partly to prove he still can.
Outside of work, he’s a proud dad, an avid book reader, a bit of a history buff, and someone who occasionally treats historical timelines with the same curiosity (and over-analysis) as system architectures.
