Elena began her career teaching English with a passion for shaping young minds. Her love for guiding others only grew as she earned her bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature, but it shaped further into love for human systems when she followed a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. In 2020, she joined HumanI as a junior IT recruiter and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Associate. Today, Elena leads the IT recruitment team, as a senior Talent Leader, driving excellence and innovation in the field. With specialized expertise in CXO, Finance and Engineering roles, she brings a unique blend of HR insight, ethics and technical understanding.
