Michalis is a senior technology professional at Nokia with more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications R&D, customer support, project management and escalation management. In his current role, he manages complex, high-impact customer escalations, orchestrating cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards resolution.
Throughout his career, he has held multiple global leadership roles, building and leading distributed customer support and R&D teams across Europe, the US and Asia.
Michalis is a founding member of Open Conf, where he is responsible for sponsorships, finance and operations. He is passionate about technology, pragmatic problem-solving, collaboration and knowledge sharing, and believes in the power of strong communities to connect people and create positive impact.
