Participants will first step into a future scenario where AI has significantly replaced day-to-day tasks, using guided discussion to surface what remains human and how identity is affected.
From there, the workshop shifts into a reality check, grounding the activities in today’s environment through shared insights and practical mapping of how AI is already influencing roles and responsibilities.
Finally, through collaborative exercises, participants will redefine their role and identity by clarifying where their real contribution lies, what value they uniquely bring, what they consciously choose to take ownership of, and which skills they need to develop to stay relevant and impactful in an AI-driven environment.
The goal is to create a space where working identity is openly explored allowing participants to move from uncertainty to clarity, and from passive concern to active ownership in shaping their role within an AI-driven environment.
