Anastasia Andrikou is a Community & Marketing Associate at WE LEAD, a nonprofit dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. She holds a degree in Psychology from The American College of Greece (Deree), where she was awarded a full scholarship and the College Life Leadership Award for her active contribution to student life. Her academic work explored how dehumanization shapes social stigma, reflecting her strong commitment to inclusion and equity. After completing her Libra Internship at WE LEAD, she joined the team, where she continues to support initiatives that empower women and promote a more inclusive tech ecosystem.
